CANCELLATION POLICY
Every lash set I create is handcrafted with time, care, and artistry — and your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer your spot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100%. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure the quality of your service. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with timely notice.
